If you haven't done that yet, start with a Style Profile and the Style File will make a lot more sense when it lands.

As little or as much as you like. Most women are here for the Style File, and that's around 30 minutes to an hour each quarter — longer if you're buying, though clicking an item takes you straight to the checkout, so even that's quick.
Add ten minutes a month in Dial a Stylist and you're getting real value. Everything else sits there for whenever you want it.

No. Post a link to the piece you're considering, or a photo of something already in your wardrobe. Include your style personality, colour palette and body shape as hashtags, and that's usually all we need to tell you whether it's a yay or a nay. If we need more to go on, we'll ask.
