Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your Colour Analysis will take you about 30-40 minutes to get ready.

    We send you instructions (written and video) for taking of videos and completing a colour questionnaire. 

    You then upload this, and we get to work to get you your results.

    Once you get your results, we like you to take the time to read and digest the results and what it means for you.  We would then like you to dive into the Colour Portal and watch a few videos and download some information to get a thorough understanding of how to apply your colour palette into your life!  This would only take a few hours and can be done over time. 

    The time you need to spend reviewing your wardrobe and filling in the gaps will depend on the size of your wardrobe and what's missing.

    IMPORTANT: You have 28 days to submit your Colour analysis photos and questionnaires to us.

  • Absolutely, especially if you're heading to a shopping destination! If you complete the style personality, colour and body shape assessments as soon as possible we can get them to you within 7 - 10 working days.

    It only takes 30-40 minutes to get some photos done, completed a questionnaire and upload to us.  

    PLEASE NOTE: You have 28 days to submit your Colour Analysis photos and questionnaire.

  • Unlike a haircut or facial, where you have to keep investing to maintain the look, the results last a lifetime.

    When you know your colour palette, it will save you money.

     When we started, we extensively tested it with our colour products supplier by comparing results with clients we had already draped in person. We also draped some of our virtual testing clients in person afterwards to compare the results. It's super accurate as long as the photos meet our requirements. 

    You don't need to stress about taking the perfect photos as we provide detailed instructions and 'how-to' videos to guide you. Sometimes we may come back to you for additional photos, but it's because we care and want to ensure we get this spot on for you. 

    The added benefit of a Virtual Colour Analysis is that you get two sets of eyes reviewing your analysis to ensure its accuracy. If you have any concerns with the results, we can set up a call to discuss them with you.

  • Not at all, if you have a smartphone and internet, you can access your results and resources.

    We've set up the resources on a platform, for which you'll receive login details. You can login any time and watch the videos and download the cheat sheets at your leisure.
